antique dresser redo

i found this dresser on kijiji a while back. (you can't see it all in the before picture, it has a mirror on top as well) the date on the back of the mirror says 1938.

before:
after:
i also have a kijiji found bed that will be turning white soon to go along with the dresser. that won't be until scarlett is at least 2 though. she loves her crib way to much to give it up yet.
i put the original hardware back on:
and i did a bit of distressing:
i love it. it turned out just as i imagined it!

Cute Ang, I love the color! We have an antique dresser that we need to refinish and I've been trying to decide whether to use the old pulls or not, but your's are similar to mine and look cute so maybe I will use them after all!

So cute, Ang! What a great find. I love how vibrant the color is compared to the old classic style of the dresser. Great job!
